The Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) is a statutory body under the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) that was established to foster broad-based economic empowerment in Zambia. The CEEC offers a variety of funding options for Zambian citizens and businesses, including:
