The Zambian government has proposed a series of constitutional amendments aimed at reforming the country’s electoral and governance systems. This embarrassing event occurred after a point of order was raised by Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister, Jack Mwiimbu on whether Mr. Lusambo was in order to walkout in ‘anger’ following guidance from the speaker for him to sit down as he was trying to debate.
